The ability of a plant to bend toward a light source is known as phototropism. The hormone in a plant stem auxincauses elongation. Light destroys auxin when it strikes the stem. Because auxin is still present on the shaded side of the stem, the cells on the darker side are able to elongate more than the cells on the lighted side, causing the plant to bend toward the light. Phototropism by sunlight is also called heliotropism. The TickleMe Plant will fold it leaves and bend it branches when Tickled
The stimuli that plants respond to include light, water and gravity. Plants grow towards light (phototropism). Also in some plants the flowers will follow the sun as it moves across the sky. Plant roots grow towards water (hydrotropism). Plant roots grow towards gravity/towards the centre of the earth (geotropism). Source(s): I'm a Biology teacher. this is bullcrap it is fake
During daylight, plants carry out photosynthesis, a process in which they use sunlight to convert carbon dioxide and water into glucose (sugar) and oxygen. This process allows plants to produce energy for growth and sustenance.
A blinking mass found in the sky could be a star, planet, satellite, or aircraft. Stars can appear to twinkle or blink due to atmospheric turbulence, while satellites and aircraft may blink due to reflecting sunlight as they move across the sky. Planets generally do not blink or twinkle like stars.
the earth moves
the earth rotates giving the illusion of the sun moving across the sky
A satellite is an object that moves across the sky in minutes. Satellites are man-made objects that orbit around Earth and can be seen in the night sky as they reflect sunlight.

The sun doesn't move across the night sky but the earth and all planets of the sky do.when we circle around the sun it just looks like it movesI.F
East It moves from East to west across the sky
the earth because the earth moves
As the earth rotates the sun moves across the sky from east to west. A sundial is set with the marker faceing north; as the sun moves across the sky the shadow of the marker wil point at the approiate hour. (sundials do not work before sunrise or after sun set)
