yes. because the UV is more direct in tanning beds.

Yes, you can usually find a variant of tanning beds in a tanning salon.
What can you clean a tanning bed with?
High quality sanitizer. At the tanning salon I work at we use hospital quality sanitizer on the beds. But this can vary from tanning salons so be sure to ask what they use to clean the beds with.
Do any tanning beds work well but not be as bright?

No, these are a safer alternative to tanning beds. Lotiens don't cause skin cancer or damage. They work just as well as tanning, you just need to reapply every few days.
How long should you start in a tanning bed?
Tanning beds have a "max" time. Work up to the max time minute by minute and do not tan longer than the max time. tanning beds are usually 10,15,or 20 minutes. The less max time the bed has the better and more efficient it is.
Can tanning in a tanning bed cause a miscarriage?
You won't get a miscarriage if you tan. I currently work at a tanning salon and we must know if you are pregnant so that we can inform you to stay hydrated. Tanning beds dehydrate you and so does being pregnant, so if you do go tanning while pregnant be sure to stay hydrated!

Of course you can see pictures of used tanning beds online. But do you really want to buy one that has been used? If you buy used do you know how many times its been cleaned? or if ever cleaned. Is it really going to work?
You know how lemon juice can aide towards lightening hair in the sun but could it work in tanning beds as well?
yes.just spray the lemon juice into hair and leave it down when you get in the tanning bed!

Actually tanning beds can help lessen the effects of eczema. I work at a tanning salon and I have quite a few customers who come in with doctors notes who have psoriasis or eczema who were sent to go tanning to help lessen the effects.

Nope! Tanning lotions work by being activated by UV light, so whether your indoor tanning or outdoor tanning, you can still use a tanning lotion. Using a lotion specifically for tanning will dramatically help boost your color to get darker faster, plus it has a lot of vitamins and minerals to help prevent fine lines and wrinkles.
What are the discounts for tanning bed employees?
At my work all the girls who work at the tanning salon get free tanning. I'm sure it depends from salon to salon. The reason we get free tanning is so we can look tan, if a customer comes in to tan, and they see someone pale behind the desk, they will think the tanning beds at that salon don't work. Basically giving us free tanning makes us a walking billboard, someone will ask me where I tan and I will say my work name, and then they will go there because I look so tan. Simple
