Because people get so stressed out and they eat to help their problems. So when they try to stop they can't and they get bigger and bigger.Sometimes big isn't always bad but most are beautiful with their weight so don't judge or hate.

The reason why some people are overweight is because they eat a lot of carbs which makes them gain weight although some people watch their eating habits and so they don't gain as much weight as overweighted people.

Although it is not true for everyone, weight is a balance of calories in - calories burned = hopefully zero. If you can burn more than you take in, you'll be fine. A brisk walk, a swim, running around the house but not a couch potato eating candy and soda.

Well, muscle can be part of it. Muscle weighs a lot and so if you have a lot of muscle, you can weigh a lot more. Also, height has a lot to do with it. If you have someone that is 5'7 and very skinny, she can still weigh a lot. I, for example am a professional dancer, and I am 5'6 and very thin (almost anorexic looking, eek!) and I weigh about 130 pounds. So there you go! Hope this helps!

The reasons for why some people tend to be overweight and others are more slender vary greatly. It could be due to differences in metabolism, lifestyle choices, genetics, hormonal imbalances, or a combination of these factors.

Genetics can play a role in a person's weight by determining how the body stores, processes, and uses energy. For instance, some people have fewer of the enzyme lipase, which is involved in the metabolism of fat. This can slow down their fat-burning and lead to weight gain.

Lifestyle choices can also contribute to weight. Eating an unhealthy diet composed of high-calorie, processed foods and not getting enough exercise can lead to weight gain. On the other hand, eating nutritious foods and exercising regularly can help people maintain a healthy weight.

Hormone imbalances can also lead to weight gain. An underactive thyroid, or hypothyroidism, is one example of a medical condition that can cause a person to gain weight. Other hormonal issues, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, can also cause weight gain.

Overall, there are many factors that determine a person's weight. Genetics, lifestyle choices, and hormone imbalances are just some of the possible causes. The best way to maintain a healthy weight is to follow a balanced diet and engage in regular exercise.
