no Michelle phan and the iqqu acne serum can not be held responsible for chemical burns on your face because , different skin types will react differently to products used on faces and your body. there may be a chemical is the serum that your face is not comfortable with having on it and that's why it reacts. soNO MICHELLE PHAN and IQQU are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE . hope this helped . ___ Actually you can hold the company responsible because their products aren't FDA approved.
She lied that her products are US FDA approved to make her purchasers to feel safe to buy them and when ppl found out she lied about so many things about iQQU, she denied that she no longer owns it and then changed her words by saying she only worked for them as a spokesperson and no longer work for them now.
no however michelle phan does not own iqqu anymore i am not sure why but she never lied to the FDA
