I highly recommend you NEVER purchase Proactiv products from their website or the phone hotline. Read their TOS, they use legal tactics to do fraudulent business.
Example:
1st order- A tiny pack- They charge you 20 dollars.
20 days later they auto-charge your credit card 40 dollars without your consent.
If you try and cancel it through the phone, they argue with you, and it's very frustrating trying to cancel it. And when you do, they charge another 40 dollars to your credit card.
In total they charged me:
Item 1= 20 dollars
Item 2= 80 dollars.
100 dollars in 2 months!
There aren't any stores that sell proactiv, but you can order it online or through the phone. But Ive heard Acne Free is a cheaper substitute that works just as well and its a 3 step process too.
I'm pretty sure there is a kiosk in Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco.
