The description for Estee Lauder's "Perfectly Clean Fresh Balancing Lotion" claims it:
- Lightly hydrates and conditions as it cleanses.
- Gently manages oily zones while soothing dry areas.
- Leaves skin feeling renewed, comfortable, healthy.
It may be worth looking into, however, if you have combination skin, because traditional toners tend to dry skin out whereas this one promises to leave the dry areas hydrated.
