What if you can still feel your tampon and you know its as far in as it can go?

Tampons can still be felt to some degree, also they can cause some people to feel dry or result in increased menstrual cramps. It may be that you can feel your tampon because you have a short vaginal canal, because it's too high an absorbency, or because of sensitivity to ingredients. For this reason you may want to consider options like menstrual cups, softcups, menstrual sponges, or menstrual pads.

If you can feel the tampon of feel uncomfortable once you have closed your legs then the likelihood is that the tampon isn't inserted high enough. The first few inches of your vaginal canal are narrower than further-up in the vagina, if not inserted far enough the tampon will sit in this area and as the vaginal muscles push together they would push against the tampon. This area also has more nerve endings so even if there is no discomfort you are still more likely to feel the tampon if it's here.

And also it can not be still in there if it was in the first place, It wouldn't of went far at all during intercourse, therefor if it was still in your vaginal opening you would be able to see it and/or feel it.
