The difference is foundation is what you put on after concealer. Now concealer is what covers up blemishes and dark circles. And then the powder is to finish it off and give it a nice clean cut look:)
you shouldn't cover up your freckles! :) but if you really want to, you can put concealer over them and then put some powder or foundation over them
Concealer is sort of priming the face. If you have circles under your eyes or a blemish you put the concealer on them, blend a little and then, apply foundation. I use MAC concealer and a q-tip to smooth it out.
MAC Studio Fix is a "cream to powder" foundation. You don't need to put other foundation under it. Concealer? In the old days when we could still get Max Factor's Erace I liked using their "Light" on all caucasian skin tones. There should be a "light" in Maybelline, Cover Girl or MAC that will do what you want.
Personally, I first use foundation/concealer, then apply eye shadow, then eyeliner, then mascara. When this is complete, I put on blush or bronzer on my cheeks.
It doesn't make much of a difference, but it can save some time, yes. If you are planning on wearing concealer as well as foundation, then it's better to put foundation on before because it provides some coverage, so you will only have to apply concealer where the foundation doesn't quite get it all. Also, If you are wearing blush, then putting that on before foundation is useless because the foundation will just cover it. Also, when applying eye shadow and mascara flakes can come down and land on your cheeks, on top of your foundation so put it on after to cover those flakes.
wash and tone your face first then apply mosturiser and primer and after applying liquid foundation put powder on and you will definatly not get flakey skin
To put on makeup you start with a foundation and concealer for under the eyes and on any blemishes you might have. Apply a light dusting of bronzing powder and/or blusher. Enhance the shape and color of the eyebrows with an eyebrow pencil then apply eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara to the eyes. Finish your look with your favorite lip gloss or lipstick.
It's basically just makeup in a powder form. Just like your regular pressed powder, that's not pressed. It's used after your foundation to set your makeup and to create a more natural, flawless look compared to that of pressed powder. Pressed powder is more for you to use when you're on-the-go and to keep in your purse.
I would think 9th grade or 10th grade but just mascara, if you put foundation and powder and some concealer, you are going to look really cakey and fake. Since you are young, all you need is a bit of concealer to cover up them pimples (if you have them, if not... you lucky chicken) then some mascara or maybe if you want some eyeliner to define your eyes and you're good to go.
well you really need concealer, foundation, eyeshadow, blusher mascara lipbalm lipstick/gloss they are all my must haves!
you cant, you have to put the foundation down first, then put the wall on top of the foundation (like around the edge of the foundation)
