As a 12 years old girl, makeup should be age appropriate, especially as this is a religious event. Light, natural makeup should be more than enough.
Makeup that is sold under the brand name 'Bare Minerals' is best found at their own site. This will give excellent advice over the latest shades and what is available.
Yes, it is. With mascara, 35 shades of eyeshadow, brushes, foundation, lip colors, and blush, this makes a perfect starter set.
I don't think you can go wrong with Revlon or Estee Lauder products. MAC makes excellent eye shadows, but there's not a lot of subtle shades in that line. If you're shy about letting people see you wearing makeup, MAC is probably not for you.
Jane Iredale is very good makeup.
Yes , I live in the south and I wear makeup all the time ! but I recommend you not to wear to much , maybe some lipstick and eye shadow and maybe some blush . good luck!
Pigment in makeup refers to the colored substances added to products to create desired shades. These pigments provide the color payoff in products like eyeshadows, blushes, and lipsticks. The type and amount of pigment used determine the intensity and longevity of the makeup.
Some good room darkening shades would be Redi Shades. They have black out blinds in many styles and colors. You can also make your own black out shades by adding dark felt to the back of your curtains or a roll down shade.
No. What turns off teenage boys is when you look like you don't know how to wear makeup. If you have too much makeup on, you wear shades that don't look good on you or you have bad application technique, they don't like that. If you wear attractive makeup, boys like that. And at the other end of the scale, they don't like no makeup at all either. Check it out: If your makeup looks like http://aviewofthec.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/courtney-love-lips.jpg you won't attract teenage boys. But if it looks like http://www.bartcop.com/bynes-01.jpg, you'll attract lots of them.
Use a good makeup remover like Mary Kay.
good ones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It depends on what the priority is. If you would like a good all around inexpensive makeup.... meaning foundation/blush/eye makeup, then Revlon and Loreal is good. Honestly though considering the makeup counters at department stores, Clinique would be best. The price on Clinique makeup is more than Revlon, but much less than Lancome/Estee Lauder/Clarins. Clinique makeup is recommended by dermatologists because it is non-comodogenic (will not clog pores) and is fragrance free. These factors make it an excellent choice for younger acne prone skin. It really pays off to spend more on makeup you can try at the counter and see if you like before purchasing. If you buy makeup at the drugstore, you can return the product if it is not the right color, but many times you might find that the one you exchange it for, is also the wrong color = waste of money. Great makeup though starts with great skin. A good cleansing and moisturizing routine every day should be practiced and if possible, a consultation with a dermatologist can always answer so many questions you never even thought you had. - - - - - With two exceptions, I agree with the above. The exceptions are eye shadow and lipstick. Clinique has good products in both categories, but not a really huge range of shades. For those two, I like MAC, which costs about the same as Clinique but has--easily--twice as many shades as Clinique.
