No. They are different. I had a wave nouveau for years and it made my hair curly but there was no movement or bounce in it. I switched to a Carefree curl and my hair (the hair that grew in afterwards) had bounce in it again. I would never go back to the wave nouveau. Also, I don't use activator in my hair, so it doesn't have the greasy feel. I use Nexxus Humectress as a leave in conditioner, then I put Dep gel on it. It dries grease free and it just looks like I have natural medium sized curls. So many people tell me that I have "good hair" (I don't think that curly hair is the only way your hair can be "good", kinky hair is good, too).
Well is depends because i use wave Nouveau and it makes my hair straight and shiny. But they do have a curly wave Nouveau and that makes it look kind like a Jerry Curl but it works very well.
Add some detangeler first then try again. It should work !
If u want
The best shampoo to use is the Care Free Curl conditioning moisturizer
It is not recommended to apply a wave nouveau over luster's s curl texturizer as both products are chemical treatments that alter the hair's structure. Mixing them can cause significant damage to the hair and scalp. It is best to consult with a professional stylist for advice on how to safely transition between treatments.
Both of them look awesome. The first time i did my curl perm i used Wave Noveu then my hair dresser switched to Wave By design because she ran out. But on a daily basis, like the conditioner i use to maintain it is the leave in Wave Noouveau. I wish i could post pictures in this thing to show you how it came out and how it looks maintained, but both of them are basically the same.
What sulfate free shampoo and conditioner is better for the wave nouveau
If a head of hair does not already contain some kind of curl or wave, and curl or wave is a desired result, Kerastase Oleo itself will not create curl of wave, like a perm does. This product is merely an anti-frizz and curl-enhancing serum.
A good curl is typically formed by a breakwater wave that shoals rapidly in shallow water, causing the wave to steepen and create a nice curl for surfing.
to curl, start near your scalp, and pull it down like you would to straighten it. then, when you reach the end, start wrapping your hair around the hair straightener.
Yes you can.
pin curl is where you curls are really tight and finger wave is slightly loser curls
