You should use nothing stronger than soap and water to clean your piercings. Lot's of sites will tell you to use this and that and so many times a day. Bottom line wash it in the morning and leave it alone and it will heal just fine. Healing agents are not to be used on deep wounds or puncture wounds ( a piercing is a puncture wound). Using these agents will cause the formation of a hypertrophic reaction (looks like a bump beside the piercing). Once they are formed they are difficult to get rid of and cause unsightly bruising around the piercing.
