In the United States, for the most part, the legal age is 18 without a parent or guardian.
that is dangerous the stud or whatever you have in your tongue could fall out and you could choke on it getting your tongue pierced is stupid ears yes but tongue that's fool hearty
It is not dangerous as long as you tighten the ball everynight. The ball is also not big enough to choke on. If you know how to care for it is very safe
16 is a standard basic age for tongue piercing with parental consent. No one will pierce a tongue younger than that due to the level of facialdevelopment. The jaw and face are still growing and changes are still occurring orally, so piercing a tongue younger than 16 is professionally wrong.
Call your local tattoo shop and talk to their piercer they can tell you the age. In most states (assuming you live in the U.S.) you need to be 18 to get a piercing without parental consent and you also need to be 18 for any genital piercings (girls need to be 18 to get nipple piercings).

Well that's not uncommon and will ease off and stop as soon as the body can heal the cut vessels in your tongue. You want to keep talking down to a minimum for the next while to let the piercing heal.
Uhm for guys ive heard it does because of the piercing feeling better for the guy... O.O but I think that if someone really wants their tongue pierced and theyre a guy they should get it unless you really worry about what other people say...
