First find you lipstick or lipgloss. If you do not own any almost every beauty or convience sotre will have some. Then open. Then you will put the lipstick (the part with the coloring) or the wand to your lips. You want to spread this thourouly until you get the amount of color or gloss you want. If you realise you put on to much than use a tissue to blot it off.
