Depends on the nose ring. If it's a hoop, you have to ease the thin side in gently, pushing along with the roundness of the hoop. If it's a straight ring, bend it slightly at the middle, like an L, and ease it in that way. The trickiest are the beginner piercings, the rings that are curled. Go slow and move your hand in the direction of the loops.
It gets easier with experience.

∙ 13y agoI have my nose pierced and have a couple of rings i wear regularly.
My rings have the ring and then a small thin bit of the ring that actually goes in the hole. You can put it in and then push it so it is the furthest that it can go, without it hurting, then hold the thin bit and thick bit with different fingers, and push but make sure it doesn't hurt.

How do you put in a open nose ring?
Okay so, theres an end with some type of disc/plate/ball/round bulb and theres an end with nothing on it, its the same size as the rest of the ring. Take the end with nothing on it and put it through the piercing from the inside of your nostril. That way, when you push the ring through, the wider end is on the inside and will stop the ring from falling out.
