I personally believe that the curling or conical wand creates better curls, however, the wand doesn't have a clasp so you have to twist the hair around the wand and hold the hair in place.
a curling iron
I would suggest using a curling wand, preferably the UCurl by Conair. After you curl a piece of hair, wait for it to cool before brushing it, otherwise the curl will not stay. Then, when you brush the cooled curl, it will get poofy and wavy. Hope this helped!
Use a curling iron .. or go to a hair salon and get a perm.
Tongs have a clip on them so they hold onto your hair at the bottom so you can wind your hair around it. A wand doesn't have this clip so you have to wind your hair around it and hold it there.
put ur hair in a curling iorn
The best curling wand is a regular one
I have wavy hair (more straight than wavy) and I always use the highest setting. Why? Because your curls last longer and it is less damaging to use the curling iron on hottest setting once than over and over again on low.
The curling wand, or curling iron was first invented by Marcel Grateau in 1890.The commercialization of the curling wand can however be accredited to Hiram Maxim who first obtained the patent for the wand.
I prefer a curling wand It can usually create neater and tighter curls
you can either use a diffusser with curl scunch gel or use a curling iron
Use a curling wand instead of a curling iron. A wand should be about an inch thick and has no clip on it. You hand wrap your hair around it and just hold it there. Then, once you're done, split your curls (break them in two)!
