The best way to get rid of dead end is to get your hair trimmed regularly so that the dead bits don`t get up the rest of your hair because if they do you will eventually go bald. Give your hair a break from chemicals and heat as this will also cause your hair to be dryer and cause your roots to be weakened. And apply oil or hair masks to the ends to keep them healthy.
Hope this helps.
It's nice to get the dead ends off, but for that you only need a trim. Dead ends are just part of your hair that got damaged some how. But dead ends don't determin how your hair grows because it grows from the root which is on top of your head, not the bottom. I know there is a sayin that, "the more you cut off the longer it will get". But that isn't true. So your answer is no. Actually getting rid of the dead ends improves the condition of your hair and it grows better.
i think it does... by cutting your hair you are getting rid of all the damaged and split ends... which are dead weight on your head... by getting rid of the dead hair you are enabling the healthy hair to breathe and by breathing, they can grow freely without any hinderances.
Cut your hair a couple of inches from the bottom to get rid of split ends or ask the hairdresser for a trim

You get rid of an aim by playing dead.
All of your hair is dead, so no, dead ends do not make your hair fall out. Split ends may make it break off, but will not make it fall out.
Hair is dead protein and as it starts to rot is will break of. This is how split ends start to form, even though you can get rid of split ends you hair will break of eventually. So to answer your question, yes, it is possible but i will not last.
Don't worry. When the world ends, you are dead.
You will need to get a trim to remove the split ends and to reshape your style.
