Wash thoroughly with soap and water on a regular basis. The use of deodorant in the morning is usually sufficient to mask the odor during the day. If you are very active and sweating, you may need to wash again or refresh your deodorant.
People with certain illnesses or genetics may have more severe cases of under arm odor and should see a physician.
You might also want to try removing the hair in your under arm because whenever you sweat the germs tend to stick onto the hair and cause odours.
Shower regularly and use a deodorant. Look in drug stores like Rite Aid and CVS, Target, Walmart ect. There are many different types, however l prefer the dry ones rather the the gel because l do not like the wet feeling. Get a deodorant and not an anti-perspirant. Our bodies are supposed to sweat; I don't see the point of clogging our pores with aluminum chlorhydrate just to keep from sweating. Anti-perspirants will stain the armpits of your clothing/underwear, too. Deodorants work just fine, assuming of course that they are used regularly.
Deodorant. Thus the name. Washing daily with deodorant soap is helpful. Antiperspirants may also be useful.

There is a product called What Odor? that I'm sure will do the trick. I use it on my work boots, and it completely gets rid or the odor of cow manuer, and worse. Had me saying what odor??
Use anti-antiperspirant/deodorant daily. Some studies have linked anti-antiperspirants with breast cancer. The best thing you can use under your arms is plain old baking soda! The odor is primarily caused by bacteria. So anything that gets rid of the bacteria will also get rid of the odor. So as the person above suggested, baking soda will do the trick. So will vinegar and water, vitamin C and water, lemon juice and water. There are also those deodorant "stones" that are also available in the health food stores that are basically a natural mineral that you moisten with a little water and then rub under your arm. This works well also.
Body odor from the armpits is formed from the bacteria living in the moist, mostly dark area under the arm. It is not at all unusual to have a disparity in the amount or character of the odor from left side to right. In early puberty, it happens sometimes that one armpit is stinkier than the other. As the child grows older, some of the bacteria are transferred from one arm to the other through wash cloths or use of deodorant.
The only permanent solution is laser removal, but it costs about $400.
vinegar and water
well this is one reason not how to get rid of skunk odor: tomato juice ( unless you want to ). you only think it works because when you smell it up close you can't smell the odor of the skunk anymore. but i think to get rid of skunk odor is to take a bath in SOAP! and LOTS of it!
Most young children do not have a bad arm pit odor, you can try deoderent, but I would consult my doctor.
You're under arms are exsessivly rubbing together with sweat. Along with the hair folicles that grow under their. A meal of bacteria grows along the under arm and eats away the sweat and oil giving off a groteque odor. Same things happen with bad smelling feet.
