All you have to do is go to a store nearest you. Some thing like Target, or Walmart, whichever you please. There are many different spray tans you can use. I have found that Neutrogena works the best. You pick the number to match your skin tone. So say your about a 1 (Not really tan) You would go up to a 2. Or, you don't have to buy it in a can. There are Airbrush Tans, Spray on tanning booths, and Self tanning. Which ever you want really is fine. Though, you shouldn't do it that often, the chemicals in the tan can actually be harmful to your skin if you apply to often. And, depending on which way you tan, the longer the tan stays on. Self tanning, like the cans you buy, last up to 4 days. While tanning booths might last you a couple of weeks, and the same with Airbrush Tans.
I hope I answered all of your questions :]
