Some people just have faster hair growth than others.
No; you are only removing the hair, not the cell (follicle) which grows the hair. Waxing your legs doesn't prevent hair growth; it just rips off the hair down to the skin. The hair follicles underneath do not get ripped out, so they grow back the hair that you ripped off when waxing. Many times, though, the hair will grow back finer and in smaller quantities.
They have strong legs so they can quickly get away from predators.
About 2 weeks
well, growing hair on your legs does not necessarily mean that you are going through puberty. if you grow excessive amounts of hair on your legs, however, then it can indicate that you are going through puberty. if you are growing hair on other parts of your body as well (face, under arms, chest, pubic areas) then that means that you are most likely going through puberty
Not one bit, in fact hair removal has a tendancy to cause a more robust hair growth when the hair returns.

One can prevent hairy legs by waxing or shaving on a regular basis. One can also have laser therapy to permanently stop the hair from growing on one's legs.
Most of the time the back legs start growing first. I have raised a couple hundred tadpoles, and I think every time the back legs were first.
it depends how bad you grow your hair back maybe a week or two
- If you're talking about growing longer hair on the scalp, then you should first of all make sure use hair-growing shampoo and conditioner. Your comb should not tug on your hair so your need a good one and don't comb when your hair is wet. Don't dye your hair either because you will damage it. Keep your hair down when you can - don't tie it up too much.- If you mean growing more hair on the scalp, shave your head.- If you mean growing more hair on other areas (eg. legs), shave too but you shouldn't if you have no hair because millions would die for hairless legs LOL.
