Try Goof Off, it softens Super glue so you can pick it off.
Super glue can be softened using a proprietary solvent BUT this may also met the plastic of the phone! However, it also softens with heat. Wearing gloves, dip a dish cloth into almost boiling water, ring it out so that it is damp (and still hot) and sponge down the phone surface until the glue comes off. DO NOT scald yourself (use thick rubber cloves) and DO NOT soak the phone.

I wouldn't recommend it as super glue is a cyanoacrylate. Some super glues are used for sealing wounds but they are different to the super glue you by off the shelf at a hardwear store.
