Very carefully...................................OH!!! All right I'll answer it nice!!
It would depend on what kind of jewelry you have in it....But first off, how long has it been in....If for less than 3 months, or more....I'd leave it in....But that's just me, I like doin' things the right way....Not saying you cant change it in less than 4 months...But if you do......DO YOU FEEL LUCKY???
But, To change a captive bead ring, [c.b.r.], you must spread the ring part from the inside....or you can try twisting the ring ends from side to side...
For a banana bell, or circular bar bell {c.b.b.} simply hold the bottom ball still while you twist the top ball anti-clockwise...{righty-tighty, lefty-loosy]
I would dip the end of the new jewelry into some sort of anti-biotic ointment befroe I put it back into the hole....Hope this helps!!!!!!!!
I changed mine yesterday :) i was really scared because i was my first time. i pulled the bar down a little bit then pushed it up again then gradually pulled it down all the way then i started panicking thinking i couldn't get the new one in. luckily my friend was there too she put the bar and the entry bit and i sort of clamped the skin around with my fingers and just pushed it didnt hurt at all :)
when your belly bar is growing out you will be able to see nost of the bar and the curve in the bar would be shown from the outside of the navel.
I got mine pierced about 2 months ago, they do'nt actually use a belly bar to pierce it, they clamp it, then shove this stick thing through then pull that out and put the belly bar in.
Who is mars bar referring to when he says βhey fish belly β
Its the jewelry that goes into a belly button piercing.
Ouch!! No, you cannot put it back in! You should probably see a doctor about this.

you pull it out hard
To stand at a drinking bar...a place that sells alcoholic beverages. Usually, the bar, or surface that the drinks are served on, is the approximate height of an ordinary person's stomach, or "belly," hence to stand there is to have one's belly at the bar. In another sense, it could mean to step up, to come forward. Or, simply, 'Have a drink."
You need to have a bar or ring in the piercing else it will heal up because a piercing is just like a wound. if theres a bar or ring there then it will heal but around the ring or bar, so you still have the piercing. You don't need a ring, you can have a belly button bar. x
How do you take your belly bar out? well.. i had my belly done yesterday and it really hurts, but it wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. Turn the top ball counter clockwise the ball will unscrew from the banana bell and you can remove the jewellery from there.
It is called "Curved barbell"
This would depend on the width of the bar that the ball came from.
