yes, tanning does get rid of bumps but it is not always good for you. Only go to the booth for a few minutes at a time and only a few times a week. Don't go all the time!!! If you want to get really tanned then go for a spray tan. But for the little glow and to get rid of the bumps the tanning bed is good.
