Unfortunately there's no definitive answer, the speed with which your lobes will close up and the size they will be when they're done depends on you and, to some extent, how long you've had them stretched. For many people anything under 10mm will shrink back to a 'regular' piercing size, say 1-2mm if you give it time.

It can take months or years to stretch your ear for a 10 mm tunnel depending on what size the tunnel is now. You must allow amply time for your ear to heal before stretching to the next size, this healing time is usually 1-2 mm every 6 weeks.
No, you will not shrink at all. There is nothingthat will shrink you. When you reach 80 years old, you will probably shrink an inch or so.

They are made for specific shoe sizes so if you are a 6-8 mens shoe size you should get medium or if you have 8-12 you should get large or 12-15 size is extra-large. for women's size 6-10, you should get size medium or if you have smaller feet than that get small. They don't run big but if you do wash them and then dry them on high heat, they will shrink a bit.
