Well, they can get lost in your eye.. Luckily it rarely happens. They do expire aswell. First of all it depends on what you mean by "bad" They can tear, but most likely not. As i mentioned, they can get lost in your eye You may have a reaction or something, which will make your eye red and itchey. They might infect your eye's, thats why its really important to soak them in the Solution Liquid for 2 hours before applying them. Obviously they never go mouldy, dusty, ect.

I am looking for a company that deal in pool liners. Where would I go on the Internet to find them?
don't let the cat go out side
sometimes. If it is really bad got to a doctor if not it will soon go down to its original space.
Milk will go bad if mixed with an acidic liquid such as lemon juice, lime juice or vinegar.
Sometimes drawing a liquid liner on your eye lid is difficult to draw straight. I have seen a make up tutorial that suggested to draw on eye liner with a pencil or soft time and then go over with the liquid liner to make sure it is straight.
In my opinion, I like Almay because it doesn't test on animals and is hypoallergenic, and Maybelline New York because it has great coverage and pigmentation. If you are looking for liquid liners, I would use Milani liquid liners because of there great color and long lasting formula. Maybelline New York is great for lip glosses because of the wide variety. If you are looking for Lip stains go to Cover girl. If you are an experienced beautician then use L'Oreal Paris, if you are inexperienced then go for Rimmel London.
Yes it can be in some cases but it will go away 1-3 days.
