If they are clean and looked after, your employer can ask you to remove them however they can't make you remove them. If the piercings are new and not healed the employer needs to understand that the jewellery can't be removed during the healing period. Ultimately you need to come to a happy medium with your employer, it's something you both need to work out together so both of you are happy.

An employer can take money out of the manager check if the register is short. The manager is responsible to make sure the cashier is accurate with their management of the cash.
