You can, however it is not adviseable as your hair is not pre pigmented to hold the colour.
Ideally you need to put a reddy colour on it first and then a brown. We call this process pre pigmenting the hair which gives the brown something to grab hold of otherwise it will look khaki/green sort of tone to it and it will fade easily.

No. Don't even try it, you could give yourself chemical burns, and it won't even work. It would dissolve the hair. The actual bleach that the salon uses is not as strong as household bleach.
It depends on how much you bleached it and how long you've had it bleached

You have to bleach your hair before you dye it, because the bleach lightens your hair. You can't put dye on your hair until it's light, and you cannot mix the two together.
