you might be able to, but it depends on how thick or thin your cake mix is
Approximately 2 cups.
That is approximately 18 cups
Most cake mixes are for a 9x13 pan which is 117 sq. inches. 12x12 is 144 sq. inches. 1 mix would be enough and shorten the cooking time by 5 to 8 minutes.
You can figure it out exactly by filling a 9 in cake pan with water and then putting in the cake pan you think might be it (do this 3 times). I'm guessing a deep 9x13 pan. A cake mix usually makes 2 9in cakes, or one 9x13. Hope this is helpful
It depends on the depth of the pan
You can actually use one box alone but it will be thinner. you can actually use the amount of boxes of cake mix you want it will just get thicker.
I know this sounds crazy .... look on the back of the box and triple it.
One cake mix makes 24 regular size cupcakes so probably 12 giant ones. You should probably get 3 boxes of mix...C
Try reading the directions on the box...multiply the number by three.
I think 1 will do. 2 if you want a really big, puffy cake, but it might overflow. I always make cakes from scratch. They taste much better. I hate box cakes. People who use box recipes are lazy. Just get a cookbook. ;-)
There are 11 cups of batter in an 11x15 pan for a 2 inch layer. I would guess for an 11x13, maybe 10 cups?
well if you use Betty cake mix you can make 24 mini cupcakes
It can vary. A pound cake is simply named "Pound cake" because it needs a pound of sugar, a pound of flour, and [i think] a pound of butter.
you would need about 4 boxes of cake mix. it only depends on how many layers you are making. that is a basic of 2 layers each.
You will need about 1.5 boxed cake mixes, so it is best to prepare 2. Some tall cake pans will require 2 full cake mixes, too.
In a 12" x 17" pan? Don't do it, that will overflow. You can barely bake two boxes per sheet, it's nearly too much. As for the timing for two boxes, it's about 35-45 minutes at 325-350 degrees.
