You need 1.16tonne. You need to know the weight of a bag of concrete and then divide 1.16 by that weight and that will give you the answer you need.
10 bags. Each 80 lb bag is 0.6 cubic feet, and your hole is 6 cubic feet.
That would depend on the density of the bags of topsoil.
