Although there are many types of flooring, wood floors are gaining in popularity. You can make your wood floors shine by using a protective wax made especially for wood floors. The wax will help protect the floor from scratches and spills. Clean the floor before you wax by using a wood floor cleaner.

go to your local flooring store or hardware store...and ask for a vinyl flooring 'stripper' it will clean your floor very well..then you have to re-wax it to get the shine back..(personal advice...my husband installs flooring for a living..I do it on my hands and knees..not with a mop..follow the directions on the stripper, then be positive to use a very good wax to reshine the floor)

Stripping and waxing a floor involves removing the old wax coating, deep cleaning the floor surface, applying a new layer of wax, and then buffing to a shine. It helps to restore the floor's appearance, protect it from damage, and make it easier to maintain cleanliness. It is a common practice in commercial settings to keep floors looking their best.
Maquires. Wax on....no need to wax off. Great shine for quite a long time.
