Not sure where you live Most library's have a ref books( cars) if not most local library have a site and under the site has wiring and help car references. AT least our library does and I live in the woods.If that doesn't work you can go to your local Car dealer service desk and ask them to make a copy of the wirings for you .
The vacuum diagram is available in the 86 dodge power ram service manual. the local dodge dealer might be willing to print out a copy for a small fee.

The best way that I have found to remove the starter is to purchase or go to your local library and check out a copy of the Haines manual. I have used it to remove alternator, ECM, and the instrument cluster.

10/13/09 I just purchased a repair book for a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup. I believe the it is published by "Hayes"??? or someone similar to that name. I got my copy at Farm and Fleet for 17.95, I know Auto Zone also carries it for 24.95. The complete electrical schematics are diagrammed in that book.
