Many local companies will provide electrical repairs with a guarantee. I suggest looking online at www.angieslist.com for reviews for local companies in your area.
I'd check out this place. It lets you type in model numbers of your appliances. to check for repairmen. This site has a good listing.
If for instance you have a whirpool refrigerator I would look in the phone book under appliance repair and see who fixes that brand. Next I would call the store I bought it from, and ask who does their warranty work.
