Wrist and epically thumb dislocation can occur from the weight of your body pushing your arms forward. this is why your arms should be slightly bent at the elbows when driving, to prevent elbow or shoulder dislocation or breakage. cracked or bruised ribs can sometimes occur from seat belts too. internal injures such as bruising bleeding or tearing can also occur. The degree of damage will be dependent on the speed.
