Either your IVR(instrument volage regulator) or a faulty connection from the harness to the cluster.
it could be your altenator, which will do that no matter how many times you replace the battery.

sound like a weak battery or bad battery cables.. have your battery load tested sears auto zone should do it free if battery is more then 4 years your on borrowed time anyway
been there done that. it the security system. quick, cheap fix is to replace the instrument panel. find one at car-part.com. you cant bypass it or even if you were to get a new one ($$$$$) they fail too.
you need a new ignition tumbler.
you press the hasid lights botten then get out and chek If you are referring to your system fault warning lights, i.e. the service engine soon light or your traction control lights, when you start the car you should see these lights come on. What they are doing is checking the system computers and if it finds everything ok, all the lights go out. If one of the lights stays on, there is a problem. The way to check it is to start the car or start to accessory and see if they light up- If not all of them light, you have a fault. Hopefully this will never happen because most lilkely the instrument panel cluster would have to be replaced to fix it and that is a very large expense.
