i have a 1991 nissan sentra speed up to 35 and start to miss
prob a broken belt in one of the front tires
Perhaps spark plug wire got disconnected in error?
Whistling at low speeds tends to indicate worn wheel bearings.
You probably need to get your tires balanced. Or replaced. If the bias goes (steel belt breaks or shifts), the car will waddle at low speeds, and the steering wheel will shake at high speeds.
Tires, inner tie rod bushings, if the steering wheel shakes when brakes are applied - brake rotors warped.
Have you tried having the wheels balanced ?
Could be tires out of balance. Or a bad tire.
My 92 PA had a similar problem. At low engine speeds it would shake pretty bad. It turned out to be the harmonic balancer. You can easily check this by looking at the front end of the engine. It is the pulley that drives all the belts. If the rubber has deteriorated, it could be the cause of your problem.
No, not unless it is so low the engine is overheating.

In many cases the issue is with an out of balance tire, you can have them all balanced fairly cheaply and a rotation is probably in order, I believe it's all in the same price, after that the alignment could be the cause, if the wheels are not straight forward they will shake, and newer cars need 4 wheel alignment, after that it could be your engine timing or a bad engine support., It could be your bushings.
