The 4.3 uses a set of injectors with a metering body as all one piece that requires the upper intake plenum to be removed to access. Even then they don't really come apart to clean very well. I recommend using Sea-Foam cleaner available at most auto parts stores. Dump it in the gas tank with at least 8 gallons of fuel. Do this twice and if you still have a problem and are positive its an injector, get your wallet ready.
You probably have a plugged fuel filter. See if you can put a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel supply line at the engine and check your fuel pressure. It could also be a fuel pressure regulator
there isn't one.
Code 43 is a problem in the fuel delivery system.

Depending on the engine and fuel type...Diesel - direct injection fuel pumps generate approx 1600 bar (23 200 psi) for common rail systems, as for the pump-nozzle injector diesel systems (pumpe - duse German translation), the pump can generate over 2000 bar (29 000 psi)Gasoline engines have electric fuel pump located inside a fuel tank, and produces approx 3 bar of pressure (43 psi).

Yes. The base engine componants are the same. The differences are the intake and fuel delivery.
It has a 74j cylinder misfire because the 43 peak is in the fuel, having it backfire to the motor It has a 74j cylinder misfire because the 43 peak is in the fuel, having it backfire to the motor
