NanoVit worked great for me. I have a reasonably high-mileage (over 80,000 miles) car and I followed the instructions, applying the 2 bottles. I changed my oil filter in between, but not my oil as it wasn't that old. I am no mechanic, but I wanted to see if I could tell any difference so I timed my 5th gear acceleration on a stretch of road before and after. My top end speed I recorded over the same distance went from 48 mph to 55 mph. The engine feels more responsive and the mileage has improved somewhere between 2 and 3 miles per gallon. I also looked in the top of the engine after about 150 miles and you could see shiny metal where previously there had been a lot of dirt. Very pleased with the result.

I bought this too, from the online shop at www.nanovit.co.uk. I bought the 2 bottle car pack. Works much as the first answer said. I was sceptical, but I had an older car that wasn;t running smoothly and a friend recommended this as he had used it.
Are you asking if I am , or anyone is, or what? What is the QUESTION?
