One of the shocks on that side is probably bad.
If the rotors are warped it can cause a shake when you hit the brakes.
When you hit the bump, the mouse wakes up.
suspension your steering dampner has gone bad, replace it and the shaking will stop.
Worn steering or suspension parts. This can be very dangerous, so have this repaired ASAP.
Worn steering and/or suspension components. Don't drive that fast until you can have the problem repaired, and try to NOT drive very far.
Upper ball joints need replaced
possibly your front upper control arm bushing are out.
Check the rear struts
A loose ground or a Connection that isn't quite tight and makes contact on the bump. -Mr. Mechanic-
