High side and low side refer to the pressure in the ac system. Ie The high side is the high pressure line and low side is the low pressure line.

Find the s10's ac drier. On the side of the drier there is a port. This is the low pressure ac port.
If the ac is off and pressure is above 120 psi,then turn unit on,it should equalize...if the ac is on and above 120 psi,it is OVERCHARGED It could also mean that the compressor is not running. Find your ac compressor. Follow the larger hose. Up to the metering device outlet, that's your low pressure side.
