Oil in the radiator will usually only come from either the engine, Power Steering or hydraulic oil cooler.

Check the various for low fluid levels and you will have partly diagnosed which system has the fault. depending on where the fluid is coming from will determine the course of action for rectification.

Bobcats are usually high revving so check that the engine oil is at least half way up the dipstick
