if your riding your brakes, you may have warped rotors, otherwise its something wrong with your steering and/or alignment. hope this helps : )
Only the rear brakes are drum brakes. The front brakes are disc brakes. To answer your question, twist the end wing nut by your drum brake. It tightens and adjusts how much you have to press on your rear brake lever.
YES you can, I have a 92 RS 5.0 and swapped a 4.32 rear end in with the rear disc brakes.
Warped rotors or drums and also have the front end checked as well as bearings. Warped rotors being number one, if it's in the steering wheel. If it's more in the seat concentrate on the rear brakes system.
In the engine, transmission, rear end, tires, brakes, etc.

try wheel bearings If the rear end is posi-trac, take it to a Chevrolet dealership and have 'em change the fluid.
Take it to an honest mechanic for inspection.
There is 2 big u-bolts on each side of the rear end that hold the rear end housing to the spring pads, sounds like they have broke on 1 side.
