There are several companies that repair Jaguar radios for a flat rate. Just 'Google' Jaguar radio repair. If you want to keep the stock unit, or just replace the head with an aftermarket, you can get all the facias. What I want to find is a reasonable LCD clock repair for that car. Some 'highwaymen' in England will do this for $200, which is rediculous for a $5 part.
You can get the radio codes, for your 1993 Jaguar, from most Jaguar dealerships. The radio codes can be obtained from most auto-parts stores.
check the fuse on the wires on your radio, there is a separate wire for the display lights that should be wired to your dash lights

It has a small light bulb in the radio you have to replace. Take the radio out and take it apart and you will see it in the front. You can get it from a Ford dealer or try www.rockauto.com - Enter year, model and make and go down to Electrical-Lamp & Socket/ Radio Dial Light Bulb
Turn the radio off then press and hold the diplay button. While holding the display press the 1/REW button for the hours and 2/STOP button for the minutes. When you get the correct time let go of the buttons and you are done.
