The relays are numbered and there are no labels to explain which one is which. The numbers are not explained in the drivers manual. How do you figure out which number is for which relay?????
The fan fuses are located besides cooling reservoir

All cooling fan relays and fuses are located under the hood of the car in a black box labeled fuses. Unscrew the knob and lift upward to reveal all relays and fuses. Follow the diagram in your owners manual or under the cover to find the one your looking for. (There is one fan relay outside the fuse/relay box)
Remove the panel underneath the steering wheel. The fuses are in there.
the most common problem with this is that the customer has the dimmer turned down (located below the headlight switch)
As far as I know, there are 2 fuses boxes in a Holden Nova. One is under the bonnet near the front of the car, on the passenger side. The other is inside the car, on the side panel next to the accelerator (under the dash) - quite an inconvenient location
It is located on the right side of the underhood fuse box. There is a panel that you can pull up underneath a metal brace. The cooling fan relays and fuses are located there.
If I remember there are some fuses in the side of the dash on the passenger side, open the door and remove the panel to show fuses and one of them is the cigarette lighter.
