brake switch located on the top of the brake pedal
top of brake pedal
On the bracket that the brake pedal pivots on.
Just above the brake pedal L shaped. Hope this helps
Unless this is a brake by wire system the switch should be located on the upper end of the brake pedal arm.
Bad brake light switch, it's on top of the brake pedal under the dash.
either behind or in front of the arm of your brake pedal. Follow the brake pedal up until you find a box, either in front of or behind the brake pedal. You will find that the box has a button on it that is activated by your brake pedal, that is the neutral safety switch.
You need to check the brake switch that the brake pedal works under the dash.
Switch on the center dashboard that says 'vent'.
check the brake pedal switch
Is it possible there are 2 separate problems in your case? Here is half an answer. I would look for a single cause instead of this switch, but keep it in mind: A switch underneath the brake pedal must be pressed to activate the brake lights. It is an easy switch to put in, but it takes specific steps to set the distance to the pedal, for it to work.
it is a safety feature you have to step on the brake to take transmission out of park
