The battery ground wire runs from the battery to the engine block.
What ground are you talking about, main ground is located on battery to chasey or to engine. Other wise there are many grounds on this vehicle.
Negative - (Black) is Ground, Positive + (Red) is Hot. Ground wire goes to Negative (Black) it goes from negative on battery to engine for ground.

They are everywhere. from the battery to the engine from the battery to the frame from the header to the body from the engine to the body and on every device in the vehicle you will find one.
If your talking about the main ground wire from the battery, its located on the metal wall right to the left of the negative terminal. Just follow the wire that comes off the negative terminal back six inches to a foot and you can see where the ground wire splits off and bolts to the metal.
