The radio fuse would be under the steering column and the relay would be under the hood in the PDC (Power Distribution Center.)
If the radio in a 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan quits working, it is likely a blown fuse. It could also be faulty wiring or a defective radio.
it has 400 watts
The fuse box for the 2005 Dodge Caravan is located under the hood on the right hand side. It has a black plastic cover with a schematic diagram underneath. Must be radio fuses in a different location.
junk it
Have you checked your fuses? this is the most likely easy fix for this problem.. Unhooking the battery should not have done anything to the radio. You either have a fuse issue, or a bad radio.
I owe a 2001 doged caravan sport my radio is not working properly after changed the altarnator
All fuses are in the under hood fuse box. The lid has them numered and labled. Look for RDO, and another that also feeds a power outlet.
i have a 2002 grand caravan and when you open the drivers side door on the side of the dash there is a little door that opens and there are fuses in there. Not sure why you want to check the fuse, but if it is because your radio has stopped working, it may be due to water getting into the radio. At least, this is the explanation the dealer gave me and they replaced my factory radio/tape player at no cost (happened maybe 2 years ago). I can't remember if this was considered warranty service or if it was considered some type of recall. Good luck.
It is under dash just above driver left knee.
It is under dash just above driver left knee.
It is on the secondary fuse box under dash to left of steering column.
