It depends on the make of the car; some are on the driver's side, some on the passenger's side. I bet you can figure it out pretty easily by taking a lap around your car.
open the gas door on side of car and then twist the (nozzle- cap) and put the gas despencer in it and start pumping
Gas Cap is loose
The gas cap can prevent vandals from siphoning out (stealing) your gas if you have the type with a lock.
The answer is, there is no gas cap release lever, simply push the left side of the gas cap cover and it opens on the right. (took me about 10 frustrating minutes to finally figure this out, so low tech for auch a nice car!)
The opposite side of the exhaust pipe. If its dual exhaust, whatever side works best for manufacturing.
Just to be diffrent, like the Ford Falcon and Holden Commodore
If you are referring to the little arrow under the gas symbol, the arrow points to the side of the car that the gas cap is on. Very useful if you drive a lot of different cars!
You open the gas cap and this will depressurize the gas lines.
gas cap loose..
what kind of car
The right side is the gas cap. The left side "cap" is actually the fuel guage and does not come off.
It is in the trunk... on the right side you should see a green circle behind the gas cap... pull it out it will release the gas cap..
