∙ 7y agoThere are usually two oil lights; yellow for low oil level, and red for low oil pressure. Yours is most likely yellow, indicating your oil levels are low. It turns off when the car is moving because it's not low enough to register when the car's moving, as oil is moving through the engine, and the sensor is in the oil pan. You most likely have an oil leak or your car is burning oil; you just need to check the oil level at least 10 minutes after turning off the car, and add oil as needed. If it's at the lowest level on the oil dipstick, adding half a quart will do it.

∙ 14y agoYour oil pressure is low. Have your mechanic check it out soon.
it is different for all intersections, sometimes it goes on while the light for the people going straight is still red and sometimes it goes on right before the light turns red
you're breaking and entering!....... its suppose to but it goes off after a while.
Since light is made of light, whatever speed it goes at is what we call the speed of light. So we'll always see light moving at exactly the speed of light, at least in that particular medium.
if your referring to that small white light on the bottom of each signal that comes on and goes off, that is an indicator for the police to know if someone just ran a red light. notice it goes off when the light turns green.
No there is not a On or Off switch, it is controled by an electronic control module that that turns the light on when it detects a problem in the system, when you fix the problem and clear the codes, the light goes out.
Reflection: When light is bounced back off a surface in different or same direction Deflection: When light goes through a surface but its direction has changed from before it hit the surface
it goes directly to the child.
All you have to do is reset your power slip.
It turns into steam which goes off into the air
Something is wrong in the 94 Taurus reverse light circuit. There is probably a short causing the battery voltage to drop when the car is in reverse.
It could be a problem that is showing up intermittently. Most of those types of problems are stored in the computer, so you could probably borrow, rent or buy an OBD2 code scanner that would tell you what's going on. Check with your local auto parts retailer. They can often give you a little assistance on those types of issues, especially if you could go in during an off-peak time. Good luck. The number one reason the "Check Guages" light comes on is for you to check the guages. It is almost always because your temperature guage is reading really high and when you start off,the temp goes down and the light goes out. Another is the oil pressure guage. If it goes low while ideling such as at a stop light, the "Check Guages" light comes on and goes out when you start off again and the oil pressure goes up.
No it shouldn't, There is a sensor that turns off the gas if the pilot flame goes out, The only way it would leak gas is if it as a faulty sensor, or a peice of depree gets in the gas line
