Make sure the timing is correct and the plugs are all new. If that doesn't work, make sure the plugs are getting spark and that the air/fuel mix is correct.
If the car is smoking white smoke take a look at both heads and make sure that both heads look good (no cracks in the head or bulging/broken gaskets).

I'm not a mechanic / technician but I BELIEVE if the fuel injector is restricted so that the proper air - fuel mixture is not getting to an engine cylinder , that an engine cylinder misfire can occur ( that is only one of the causes of an engine cylinder misfire )
With multiple misfires originating from the same coil pack, my guess would be to replace the driver's side coil pack.
