I wish I knew a better answer. My Aztek's lights can be turned off by turning the key to off position and then manually rotating the light button on the top left one click clockwise and then back all the way to the left. If I do this before I turn the key off, the damn thing will turn the lights back on again. Wish I had a better answer. It is clear that the Aztek designers thought God knew best when to turn its lights off and on.
The ticking noice from under the hood comes from the cooling of the thin metal work near the exhaust system. The ticking is it cooling off and shrinking slightly.
Check the cable isn't broken, or loosely connected !
The blower motor speed resistor is burned out.
Hi, If you count OFF, then the fans have 3 speeds: 1) OFF, 2) Low (half speed), and 3) High speed. If you would like more detail, I have included a link to how the cooling fans work in these vans. Good Luck, Greg
Yes cooling requires larger duct work. Typically you would size the duct work for the cooling system and heat will work fine as well
A 2-speed furnace blower typically operates at a lower speed for energy efficiency during mild weather, and switches to a higher speed for increased airflow during extreme temperatures. The speed is controlled by the thermostat, which signals the blower to adjust its speed based on the heating or cooling demand.
If you mean the fan - replace the fan speed resistor if the fan only works on high speed. Please supply more information - no heat or cooling? Does fan work? Does mode switch work?
