I think the car goes to whomever reaches it first, (I THINK)
Does it matte rif they died in Georgia?? they could have died in Washington and it would be the same, right?
If he has a car, he has assets. If there are assets, an estate should be opened. That allows the title to be transferred. If there are no other assets, some states have a 'short form' that allows the title to be transferred.
The estate has to settle the title. The secondary person can be held responsible for the loan until it is resolved.
It is not needed in Georgia
No Georgia does not issue a title for an off road ATV or 4 wheeler.
yes Georgia does smell
No Assets
It depends on what state, generally,if the title was dated from the person you acquired it from, its 10 days, then they start assessing a fee. if you did not fill out the "new registered owner part, then DMV will think the person you sell it to, is the person who purchased it from the last name that was on the title, long as your name is not on it anywhere, your the silent middle person
It was never combined. It was just that a single person won both the titles. This usually on happens when they land a match for one title and have the MiTB contract to gain the other title.
georgia doo doo doo doo doo gig
assets, liabilities, owner's equity
The person who's name is on the Title is the owner of the car.
Single owner title is the opposite of condominium title ownership, both of which are forms of owning real estate assets.
